We immediately add first-party page and on-site action counts to hourly private totals without a cookie, browser ID, session ID, raw IP address, complete user agent, full URL, or search text. These totals include bounded campaign labels, route categories, country, device class, language, and threshold buckets; they cannot form an individual journey. If you opt in, we also collect pseudonymous event-page journeys and bounded active engagement.

We do not request precise browser location. Security and service delivery may process network information transiently, while statistics retain only a country code. We do not use email addresses, enquiry messages, search text, complete query strings, advertising click IDs, or raw referrer domains in the identifier-free statistics layer.

Contact and newsletter information helps us respond, send requested updates, document consent, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Identifier-free aggregate statistics help us operate the site and understand event discovery, campaign sources, performance thresholds, and official actions. Pseudonymous journey analytics and marketing measurement are used only when separately enabled and consented to.

Trusted providers may process information for hosting, security, email delivery, database services, and analytics under contractual safeguards. Access within Tempo Flow is limited to people who need the information for their work.

Identifier-free hourly totals contain only aggregate action counts and may be retained for longitudinal reporting. Pseudonymous analytics events are retained for up to 13 months unless an approved policy changes. We keep personal information only as long as needed for its purpose or legal obligations. Access is restricted according to role.

Rejecting or turning analytics off stops both identifier-free aggregate statistics and optional pseudonymous analytics on this browser; no site capability is reduced. Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to change your choice. You may also ask to exercise applicable privacy rights. Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe link.

Tempo Flow honors Global Privacy Control by disabling identifier-free aggregate statistics and marketing measurement. Rejecting does not reduce access to events, forms, or official ticket links.
